One of the most Pleasant experiences I’ve ever experienced in making a large purchase. Will made it fun and easy to get through the process. I had 5 dealerships that I planned to get prices from. After 10 minutes with Will ,I knew that Bill Dodge was the only stop I was going to make!! He was very informative, knew all the answers and set up my truck with all the settings I would have struggled with. Also got right back to me within minutes with info and prices I requested.

Straight-up and thoughtful on-line discussions led to a very efficient and pleasant buying experience. The price was already negotiated before-hand. The car was sitting and ready when I arrived. A quick review and test drive confirmed everything was good. Probably the least stressful car buying experience I have had.

First, the Customer Service we received, we rate “10.” James Waring offered us a water as soon as we sat down. He was very knowledgeable and really worked some magic numbers to not only trade in one leased car (Ionic Hyundai), but we ended up turning in our Hyundai Tucson too. We got a super deal from (2) professionals: James and a guy in the Finance Dept(?). We ended up getting a platinum deal for oil changes, etc. He also offered us a water.
