I already left a review. The owner replied to that review. However, I keep getting text messages asking me to give a review, so, I don’t mind giving another review. I don’t remember exactly everything I said in the first review, as I gave it a few days ago, but, I certainly can talk about my experience, which was an amazing one! Very low pressure sales tactics, I worked with a newer employee named Zach, who is a car salesman, and he was incredibly kind, generous, helpful, understanding, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that all of my needs were met, and questions were answered. We had a lot of time to chat during the process while we were waiting for things to go through the proper channels. We talked about a lot of different things, and he’s a really sweet, solid, well mannered, amazing young man. He’s definitely an asset to your company! I also want to send a shout out to Bryan, AKA “Wick”, who is the finance manager. He’s very charismatic, outgoing, happy-go-lucky, positive, made things very easy for me when it came to the paperwork and the financing. He took care of all of that for me so that I didn’t have to do any of that on my own. Considering I was in a horrible accident with a commercial dump truck recently, they really helped me and took care of me. They understood that I had some difficulties with moving around and concentration, and a lot of times I would forget what I was saying in the middle of saying it. It was very embarrassing for me, however, Zack and Wick both reassured me each time and said that it was okay. They understood, and to take my time and not to worry about it. So, thank you. Thank you all. It was an amazing experience, especially considering the situation that I’m in. I don’t think I could’ve had an easier buying experience elsewhere. I want to also add that I did share with them some issues that I encountered in the past when buying cars and, I feel that they really understood and they really made it a point to reassure me that things would work out for me here and with the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Thank you so much, Bill Dodge! I definitely recommend you to others, and I will certainly do business with you again in the future! 😃

For what it is worth…Look for Dylan Creswell in the pre-owned department. On a lark I followed through on a Kelley Blue Book cash offer for my current ride. I pulled up to have them check out my Subaru and here comes this young guy, Dylan. I quickly realized I’m getting old so I decided not to consider him too young to be good at his job. Dylan was relaxed, thoughtful, well mannered (read old fashioned hand shake) and reminded me of so many young people I know navigating 2025 and their futures. Being entirely too impatient and impulsive to wait for him to dig up just what I was looking for, I didn’t go with the legitimate offer he relayed to me and I likely did myself a disservice, my mistake. I would not hesitate to work with Dylan in the future. Good guy, so follow through better than I did.
